REIKI
Reiki is an ancient energy technique, promoting healing and peace within. Treatments help provide a foundation of care and support for our physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. It’s common for energy to stagnate in the body, creating blockages that can manifest as dis-ease. Reiki healing sessions stimulate a more fluid flow of energy, allowing the body to surrender into a deep state of relaxation, rest, and recovery. Through Reiki, we can access the areas of distress -both physical & emotional wounds- allowing a deeper connection of mind, body & spirit to harmonize. Sessions will include a combination of guided body awareness, light-touch holds & non-touch holds, Palo Santo for clearing, and a space of support for your healing experience. SHIRODHARA: Restore & Rejuvenate
Your session begins with an invigorating scalp, face, and neck massage to open the upper body channels and encourage the healthy flow of energy. Facial marma therapy follows, helping to release tension, awaken vital energy, and prepare the body for the deeply meditative experience of Shirodhara.
During Shirodhara, a continuous, gentle stream of warm herbalized oil is poured over the forehead and scalp, bathing the area associated with the "third eye." This rhythmic flow has a deeply balancing effect on the nervous system, helping to dissolve stress, calm an overactive mind, promote restful sleep, and enhance mental clarity and emotional well-being. Take a moment of sacred stillness with this heart nurturing treatment. Warm herbal oil is poured into a chickpea dough dam that’s placed over the heart region, creating an oil bath. Hrudaya Basti helps regulate cardiac function, strengthens blood circulation, improves breathing, and relieves deep-seated stress, anger & grief. It is a profound treatment in supporting and balancing the energetic & physical heart space. The oil bath is followed by Marma Point Therapy for additional rejuvenation & balance, and a foot scrub for grounding—Hrudaya Basti will encourage a sense of peace, calm, and self-presence.

NETRA Tarpana: Eye Rejuvenation Therapy
Netra Tarpana is a deeply soothing Ayurvedic eye therapy designed to nourish, restore, and relax the eyes and nervous system. The session begins with a facial massage + mama therapy to stimulate and open the upper channels. A warm pool of ghee (clarified butter) is then gently poured into a chickpea dough reservoir placed around the eye orbit, allowing the the eyes and surrounding tissues to be bathed in its deeply nourishing properties. This treatment is beneficial for those experiencing eye strain, dry eyes, screen fatigue, or general eye exhaustion. Because eyes are closely connected to the brain and nervous system, netra tarpana also has profoundly calming effects on the mind, promoting deep relaxation and nervous system balance.
