Welcome! The SAMATVA Subscription is designed to be an online seasonal guide, through the lens of Ayurveda, to help maintain balance, health & vitality. Through harmonizing yoga, Ayurveda, astrology, rituals, and wild & witchy wellness, this monthly guide strives to foster wholeness. Ayurveda understands that our bodies are intelligent and resilient, with deep-seated knowledge & wisdom residing within. The SAMATVA Subscription is for those who are interested in gaining insightful tools and lifestyle practices to (re)connect and (re)establish peace & tranquility.
